Additional Help in our centres
If you use our foodbank, there are different services available in our centres to give you extra help and support.
The following services are available in our centres either weekly or every other week. Most services are available weekly in Hanwell on a Wednesday.
Even if you’re not collecting food on Wednesday, you can still come to speak to an advisor in Hanwell on Wednesday. Just speak to the person on the door to let them know that you use a different foodbank centre, but you’d like to speak to an advisor in Hanwell
Monday in Greenford: Crosslight (debts and benefits questions)
Tuesday in Northolt: Crosslight (debts and benefits questions)
Wednesday in Hanwell: Crosslight (debts and benefits), Ealing Law Centre (housing and benefits), West London Equality Centre (form filling), Ealing Council Hub (council forms and enquiries), Shaw Trust (employment support)
Wednesday in Perivale: Crosslight (debts and benefits), Local Welfare Assistance (general advice and support)
Thursday in Southall St Anselm’s Church: Crosslight (debts and benefits), Ealing Law Centre (housing and benefits)
Friday in Acton: Crosslight (debts and benefits), Ealing Law Centre (housing and benefits)
At the moment, advisors are only available Monday to Friday.
