Foodbank vouchers

Our foodbank works using a voucher referral system.

We know that anyone can find themselves at crisis point for a number of different reasons.

Our foodbank works with a number of different local agencies who can offer you advice, and support and refer you to the foodbank should you need it.  They will take some basic details from you to complete our voucher, and let you know where and when you can collect food.  We don’t have a delivery service.

The agency will work with you to identify the cause of your crisis and offer practical guidance.

In the first instance, you could contact the local Job Centre Plus in Ealing, Acton and Southall who can make a referral; the Local Welfare Assistance team at Percival House; Ealing Advice Service; or any local children’s centre if you have children under 5 years old.  If you are receiving assistance already, please talk to your support worker and ask them to help you be referred to Ealing Foodbank.

You can click here for a flyer with contact details for a range of agencies that may be able to help you – they are all also able to make referrals to our foodbank

Once you have been issued with a voucher, you can exchange this for a minimum of three days of emergency food at your nearest foodbank centre.

If you are a referral agency and would like to become a registered voucher holder for our foodbank, please contact us to find out more.
