Ealing Foodbank

We've reopened all of our foodbank centres. If you've received a foodbank voucher, just bring it to one of our centres during the opening hours and you can collect your food.

I would like to get help from Ealing Foodbank, how do I get a referral?

To make use of Ealing Foodbank, you need to get a voucher through our referral system; please speak to whoever you are getting advice and support from to see if they are able to refer you to us.

Or, you can call 0808 2082138 (freephone) for free to speak to a trained and independent Citizens Advice agent. The freephone helpline is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, but will be closed this Monday, 19 September for the bank holiday. You’ll be able to talk to an agent confidentially about your circumstances and if needed they’ll issue you with a food bank voucher/E-code.

Once you have your code, you can drop in to collect your food parcel from us at one of our centres. Click here for a list of foodbank centres in the borough of Ealing.

When you arrive at the foodbank, you will be greeted by a volunteer who will ask you to sanitise your hands and wear your face covering.  You may have to queue for a short while as you wait for a volunteer to take your voucher/code number.  In all of the centres except Hanwell you will walk around the centre to select your food with a volunteer.

If you wish to talk to our crisis navigators, you can do so on at any centre when you have collected your food.

I would like to give donations

During these difficult times, we need your support more than ever.  We fed over 38,000 people in the year ending March 2021 (we fed 14,404 in 2019/20 and have already passed that number before the end of August 2020)

We accept food donations on Wednesdays from 10am-4pm. Please deliver any donations to: St Mellitus Hall1 Church Road, Hanwell, W7 3BB.  Perhaps you could organise a collection from your street?  You can also shop and drop into our collection baskets in some local stores – click here for a full list

For other ways to give help, such as donating money – please click here.  Thank you for your generosity.
