About you
You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to relate confidently to people from all walks of life with empathy and ease. You will be organised and be able to juggle competing demands, often under time pressure. You will have some experience of working with or being a volunteer and have an understanding and empathy for people in crisis. You will demonstrate resourcefulness, flexibility and perseverance and have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
