The Administrative Assistant will assist with all administrative activities to support and enable the operation of Ealing Foodbank.
Based in the office in Hanwell, the Administrative Assistant will need to be confident about working alone, as well as alongside the Manager, Deputy Manager and admin volunteers.
Hours of work can be flexible, but will be at least 4hrs per day, Monday – Friday. There will often be other volunteers present in either the office or the warehouse at the same time as the post holder.
The post-holder reports directly to the Manager.
Closing date is Monday 21 June at 12 noon, and interviews will take place by zoom on Friday 2 July, starting at 11am and at intervals through the day. Successful applicants will be invited to interview by Friday 25th June.
